Students in grades 3-8 will take the ELA section of the IAR test this week (3/24-3/28). Testing will begin at 8:30 AM, so please do not be late.


Mark your calendars! Our Family Night will be held on Thursday, April 3. We have lots of fun activities and informational stations planned relating to this year's theme: Wild Weather: Remembering the Tri-State Tornado. More information will be coming home with the students soon.


Please find information below about Spring Picture Day. Sports pictures will be taken for baseball, volleyball, and track. Please make sure your child brings all items in their uniform for pictures.



Congratulations to the following boys basketball players who were selected to play in the SIJHSAA All-Star game at Rend Lake College: Sharvez Coleman, Chase Hill, Kaleb Taylor and JaJaun Bennett. Kaleb was selected as MVP of the Class S 8th grade game. Great job! We are proud of you all!

Are you needing sports equipment? See below for information about an amazing program that has started for all CCHS feeder schools.

IAR/ISA testing will begin next week. Grades 3-5 will take the math test next week, while grades 6-8 will test in math the week following spring break. ELA tests will be taken during the week of March 24-28. Grades 5 and 8 will take the science assessment April 8-10. Please see the attached letter for more information. This letter was also sent home with students today. Please encourage your child to do their best! Go Rangers!
