Today DeSoto Grade School conducted an intruder drill in cooperation with the Jackson County Sheriff's office. The drill has concluded and students and staff did a wonderful job with the drill.

The regional softball game for today against St. Andrew will now be played at Elverado's field in Vergennes. Same game time of 4:30. Good luck Lady Rangers!

School picture day is tomorrow, September 21. We will also take baseball and softball pictures. Please make sure you have everything you need for pictures. Baseball players, you will need to turn in your uniform after pictures tomorrow.

The softball and baseball regional tournament brackets have been finalized. The boys will play their first round game on Friday 9/17 at 4:30 at Trinity St. John Lutheran School in Nashville. The girls will play their first round game on Tuesday 9/21 at 4:30 at home vs. St. Andrew. Good luck to both teams as they enter regional play!



Good luck to our baseball and softball teams as they play St. Andrew this evening. The baseball game will be played at Riverside Park in Murphysboro, and the softball game will be played at the Superblock in Carbondale. Game times are 5pm.

8th grade is learning about geometric transformations and after they discussed it, they completed an assignment with Tetris!




6th Grade played Absolute Value Bingo in Math class! So fun!
