Good luck to our track team as they compete in their first meet of the season. Today's meet will be at West Frankfort with a 3:00 start. The bus will leave at 2:00.

Volleyball pep rally!
We will have a pep rally for our state bound volleyball team on Friday at 2:45. We are encouraging students to wear DGS shirts on Friday! Lets send these girls out ready to compete for a state title!
Kindergarten Screenings will be April 24 & 25 from 12p-6p. Please contact the office to make an appointment.

Good luck to our Lady Rangers Volleyball team as they begin regional play tonight at home. Game time is 4:30. If they win, they will play in the championship game on Friday at 5:30 at DGS.

Spring Break is almost here!
Please join us tonight for our Parent-Teacher Advisory Meeting. It will take place at 6pm in the DGS Computer Lab.
Next week we will have a spirit week! It will cost $1 each day to participate. The proceeds will go towards the 8th grade class trip.
Parents: we will have a law enforcement drill this afternoon at 1:00. Deputy Kreid and Deputy Snyder will be here to conduct the drill. They will also talk to students about school safety following the drill.

Members of our 5th and 6th grade classes participated in a "Brain Games" competition today at SIU airport today. They were able to compete against several other schools in our area. It was a fun day!
